The Caribbean Tote has a designer style cut which sets it apart from the other square grocery and tote bags. Being a guy it's been difficult to describe this bag other than "that looks good"...However with your custom logo or message imprinted and the variety of colors available you'll be able to hold true to your company branding with a quality nice looking bag. Made from sturdy 80 grams per square meter (GSM) premium quality non-woven polypropylene, contains 20% post-industrial content, 100% recyclable and reusable, with stitched seams, 18"" handles, black accent piping, side and bottom gussets, reinforced sewn handles, and plastic bottom insert. SCREENPRINT: The Set Up charge is the cost involved to make a screen to be used in screenprinting. Each color imprinted requires a screen as only one color is applied at a time. A three color imprint will require three separate screens.
4 COLOR PROCESS: There is only one Set Up charge for four color process as this process differs from imprinting individual colors.
DEBOSS, BRANDING, ENGRAVING, FOIL STAMP: Only one Set Up charge is required as there is no color required in these processes and the item is imprinted once.
RUN CHARGE: A run charge is the cost of imprinting additional colors to your item. The first color is included in the pricing. If there is more than one color being imprinted, a run charge for each additional color is added to the price of each item.
DIGITIZING FOR EMBROIDERY: All artwork to be embroidered on an item needs to be digitized. Digitizing is creating your art in a format that is accepted and read by the embroidery machines and dictates where each thread and thread color will appear. Digitizing costs are priced per stitch count. Once your artwork is digitized you will not have to pay for this service again unless your artwork changes.
DROP SHIP: A drop ship charge will be incurred for every ship to location after the first one. If you order 75 total pieces and ship 25 pieces to three separate locations, there would be two drop ship charge.
