Bizgifts.com is happy to provide you with a sample of a item for your approval prior to ordering.  The sample is ordered at no cost to you and shipped via ground service.  All items over $10.00 need to be returned to us or we will bill you for the sample.  Please note that there are some items that are not returnable and we will inform you if your sample is one of them.  We will then charge you for the sample but credit your account for then cost of the sample upon order entry.

If you have a deadline and need the sample sooner than ground service transit time, we ask you to provide your UPS or FedEx shipping account number and the shipping will be charged to that number.

We try to keep sample request's to one sample per order so we can keep cost down and remain competitive.
